Our Staff
Our permanent Software Consulting staff includes only Software
Engineers with accredited technical degrees at the Masters or
PhD level, and over 20 years of engineering experience.
Our skills are constantly evolving with the field, thanks to our
internal training system and University affiliations.
Through our extensive contacts in the field, we can hire
additional help as needed to address special requirements or to
face milestones that cannot be met otherwise.
How We Work
Our permanent staff is located in various areas of the U.S., and
is experienced at collaborating via Internet and telephone.
We form a team for each project based on staff availability and
project requirements.
Members of a team normally work out of their home location,
and collaborate as needed for each assignment under the Project
Leader.
We expect to have our project leader(s) meet in person with the
Client at the Client's desired location:
- Initially, to establish a rapport and ensure a clear
communications channel and procedure;
- At completion of each major milestone, as appropriate to
ensure that the milestones are met as expected by the
Client and as specified previously;
- At completion of the task, to ensure that there are no gaps
in the functionality or mismatches with the actual Client
needs;
- As needed, after completion, to address functional issues
and perceived bugs after completion.
We accommodate different Client needs in these regards as needed,
on a case-by-case basis.
Our Service Area
At this time we only consider projects from Clients in the U.S.,
Canada, and Western Europe. This ensures that we have the
linguistic and cultural knowledge to interact with the Clients
and their customers, and that we avoid misunderstandings or
miscommuniations.
Due to the time and cost impacts of long-distance travel, we may
refuse projects that would not cover such impacts.
Our staff includes native U.S. English and Italian speakers, plus
knowledge of French, Spanish, German, and Japanese.
We will accomodate any Client's needs if it's within our ability
to satisfy them without breaking the law or harming our Company.
